Shipping

We collect goods from growers, producers, artists from Nepal- shipped to you anywhere in Australia.

Once your order is placed, we carefully pack and dispatch it within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes around 5 business days from dispatch, though this can vary depending on your location and Australia Post’s delivery times.

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 on all orders, free on orders over $350, with a flat $10 rate below that,  calculated at checkout based on your location.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way, with tracking so you can follow its journey.

As we’re a small business working in small batches, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer during busy periods — if there’s ever a delay, we’ll always let you know.

Returns

We want you to love what you receive. Because every item is handmade or carefully sourced in small batches, we accept returns only in the following cases.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us at haravhara6@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund — including any return postage — at no cost to you.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on perishable or consumable goods, such as herbs and essential oils, or on any item that has been opened or used.

As we work in small batches, we don’t offer change-of-mind returns, so please choose carefully, and feel free to reach out before ordering if you have any questions — we’re always happy to help.

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we’ll process any refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
